Update
Mrs. Plourde handed out calculations of sum
due and payable from Wrenn Associates.
The Business Administrator handed
out copies of the revised letter to Wrenn Associates, which,
had been
amended at the meeting held on
The problems still existing in the
building were discussed. Options of
looking into pricing from an
engineering
firm to look over the building and the SPECS given by Wrenn was discussed.
Mrs. Plourde read a letter she had
received from CertainTeed pertaining to roof
inspection, ice
buildup and
problems with thermal imaging.
Mrs. Welford informed the School
Board that he is writing a separate letter that he plans on
distributing
at the individual school district meetings due to a glitch in the SAU office
where the
letter
addressed to “The Citizens of Gorham” was place in all the district annual
reports.
