-The custodian, Barbara Lemieux, has asked if she may take her winter break from March 8th through March 15th .  The custodial duties will be covered by the staff during her absence.

VII.  SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT

-Mr. Low thanked the school team for the participation in the Special Education On-Site visit.

-Diagnostic testing is scheduled for the last two weeks in March and a make-up date scheduled for the first week of April.  An administrator’s meeting is scheduled for March 9th to review this process and other issues.

-Documentation for the NH School Boards Association was shared with the School Board for the purposes of self-evaluation.  Mr. Low suggested that the school board consider asking for input from some constituents.

-The Superintendent noted that he will be asking for input from constituents in March or April on services provided by the SAU.

-Mr. Low visited the town of Upton, Maine last month.  He suggested that he would like to schedule a meeting in February with S. Nelson, board member in Upton.  In March, he suggests that he meet with the Upton School Board, and he also plans to meet with Upton’s current superintendent.

-Mr. Low suggested having a discussion regarding expanding the current grades at the Errol School to 9-12.  This topic will be discussed further at the next board meeting, and the superintendent will pull together further ideas for that board meeting.
