It was reported that there was no
room on the playground for the slide.

The Principal reminded the school
board that Mrs. Plourde had stressed the importance
of putting fundraising funds in a
separate account.
Mrs. Urso handed out a copy of the
policy pertaining to class trips. She
would like to include this policy in the Errol Consolidated School Parent and
Student Handbook. Mr. Welford suggested a few changes in the
wording of the policy, such as the word “SAU” to
be changed to “state” since the regulations are from the state not the
SAU. Another suggested change was to eliminate the word “paid” in the
third from the last line. Theresa Choquette asked where the fundraiser
money is at this time. Mrs. Urso
reported that she keeps the money in
the checkbook, however, she keeps separate totals for different functions.
Motion by Gloria Coffin – Seconded by Theresa Choquette

the amended changes

in another district. Mr. Welford reported that the state requires

for the education of a special

Gloria expressed
her concern over a student (who has been expelled numerous
times) taking advantage
of the school district. Mr. Welford stated that he would look into
