Meeting Minutes

October 19, 2004

Randolph Town Hall

Members present: Charles Brown, David Carlisle, Carol Gagnon, Donna Goodrich, Leona Guay, Robert Leclerc, Mike Waddell, Tuesday Willow, and Wendy Niskanen

Others present: Patrick Low – SAU Superintendent, Pauline Plourde- SAU Business Administrator, Julie Renaud Evans – recording secretary, Members of the Press - Chad Dryden

Call to Order

D. Goodrich called the meeting to order at 9:45 p.m.

Articles of Agreement

D. Goodrich indicated the Board needed to Ratify Article 18.

The Board discussed W. Niskanen’s concern about the clarity concerning “remainder” or “leftover” reserve funds. No action was taken.

The Board amended the first sentence to read “in the amount up to $ 150,000” and “in the amount up to $250,000.”

Motion made by M. Waddell, second by C. Brown.

Motion: To ratify Article 18, Capital Reserve Funds, as amended.

Vote: All in favor. Motion passed.

Next Meeting

Specific Board members are meeting with their Town Selectmen with the following schedule:

Gorham -Monday October 25 at 7:00 p.m.

Shelburne – Wednesday October 27 at 7:30 p.m.

Randolph – Monday November 1 at 7:00 p.m.

D. Goodrich will call everyone about the next full Board meeting date.
