Call to Order

 

            Paul Bousquet called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM.

 

Approval of August 5, 2004 Meeting Minutes

 

            There were no minutes ready to be approved.

 

Appointment of New Member on Committee

 

            This item was tabled.

 

Prioritized List for Ed Fenn

 

            Paul gave the committee a prioritized list of work proposed for the Ed Fenn Elementary School. It was noted that the top six items could be accomplished with the money available in the capital reserve fund.

 

            The committee agreed that better plans for these projects would need to be drawn up before a good estimate of the cost can be developed. If the committee decides to go ahead with work on the Ed Fenn an engineer would have to be hired to develop plans on which to base an RFP.

 

            The committee agreed that the Middle High School recommendations need to be investigated before the committee decides if they want to recommend bringing the Ed Fenn project to a vote at the March 2005 town meeting.
